THE CHALLENGE Create a highly attractive and influential launch event for an excellent off-road 4x4 to international press and PR. Guests were to experience the brand through the launch.
THE SOLUTION A programme that included Botswana, Namibia and Zambia We negotiated routes with National Parks, village chiefs and government authorities and continually monitored and reported wildlife movements for safety and for optimising sight seeing.
We managed a total of six border control crossings, including express passport and visa clearance and special vehicle passes.
We positioned the vehicle on the very lip of the Victoria Falls, something has never been done before.
THA worked with armed forces, government agencies and wildlife experts to help contain and manage the event during an outbreak of Anthrax.
THA EFFECT The event exceeded target attendance numbers and the brand awareness statistical analysis.
It led to highly commendable increases in press coverage and brand awareness with the public and media.
