THE SOLUTION: Launched in 1998, 'Team Honda' is a dealer communication and motivation programme that ensures that all brand, product, campaign and incentive information is communicated to the Honda dealership network in a consistent, engaging and effective way.
THE THA EFFECT: 85% participation in the overall programme from franchised dealerships.
Participation levels of between 65% - 80% in tactical incentives (2006/7).
THA is one of Honda UK's five core agencies, handling dealer communication, product launches, dealer conferences and incentive travel.
