In line with our corporate, social and environmental policy THA Group has developed a package called Incentives4Humanity ® that links communication and motivational programmes to a social and/or environmental goal.

Used as part of a wider incentive / event programme these tailor made projects engage delegates in activities that contribute towards a noble cause. This can be applied to clients or employees and always requires an active involvement of the targeted group.

A few of our recent cases:
Used one afternoon during an adventurous South Tunisian trip to help the locals in the replanting of palmgroves that suffered the previous year from high deforestation. Each participant planted a palmtree, the palmgrove is named after the company supporting the project.

Planting of a rose garden in a retirement house in Sevilla as part of a "corporate responsibility" objective during a three day meeting.

Creation of a private fund in the name of our corporate client to supply medical care to one particular village in Senegal.
