Your views on the industry
It's a great industry - the work we do with many of our clients is simply fantastic. Sure we have challenges as an industry - but who doesn't? We have real impact on our clients, their employees and stakeholders.

Biggest achievement
I relocated from London, bought a house that needed an enormous amount of work, started a new job and got married all within six months and wasn't committed in the process.

Strangest Job
I spent some time working in a Spa Shop in California selling Bikinis when I was 19. I'm not sure whether that's my strangest or best.

Outlook on life
You should do everything with as much enthusiasm as possible, even the things you don't really want to do. Be positive and eventually most people will be positive with you.
